This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms, with a 2 down -1 up bed set up overlooking Greyfriars Cemetery, is impressive. The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to many bars...  

The location was perfect and very convenient to explore the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with sightseeing tips. The atmosphere was great, and we met fun people during our stay. The communal room was cozy, and there were plenty of activities to do.

The dorm room set up lacked privacy, and it would have been nice to have curtains on the bunk beds. Also, the coffee from the bar area was not great.

This hotel is located in a lively area close to restaurants and shops, just a short walk down to the vibrant Grassmarket square. The rooms have excellent views of the city, and the bar on-site provides affordable drinks. The hotel also offers leisure facilities such as a lounge area and bike storage, perfect for party people.

I recently stayed at the fantastic Kick Ass Greyfriars in Edinburgh for 3 nights. The location was superb, with easy access to everything. The price was reasonable and the bar had a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The shared bathrooms were always clean, which was a huge plus.

The showers were not great, with poor water pressure and an annoying button that had to be pressed every 30 seconds. Additionally, the lighting in the rooms and bathrooms could use improvement, making it difficult to see and do tasks such as make-up application.

The location was great and the staff at reception were helpful. I had a comfortable stay in a 4 bed female dorm. The laundry service was cheap and convenient. Overall I would recommend staying here.
